Service Support Administrator

At Rygor Auto, we are looking for an experience service support administrator, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to their role.

You will approach this role with a commercial mind and will work effectively with our service team to ensure a smooth process.

Day to day you will be:

  • Using Truckfile and contacting customer to book in vehicle
  • Supporting HGV MOT bookings
  • Maximising available hours to ensure sold hours targets are achieved.
  • Promote other services and products to customers as appropriate.
  • Process completed job cards, through to Pro-forma to obtain final purchase order numbers for account customers or final payment for cash customers,
  • Support Service Manager with additional administrative and reporting tasks to enable efficient running of the department
  • Support Service Advisors in event of holidays or sickness to provide a customer facing presence for the department
  • Carry out verification of supplier invoices, ensuring the correct purchase order numbers are quoted by the supplier for accurate allocation of cost
  • Ensure that all administration relevant to effective running of the department is dealt with promptly and correctly within the following guidelines: -
  • Work in progress. Nothing over one month old without acceptable explanation
  • Account queries. All queries resolved within 48 hours of issue.

This role will be a great fit for you if:

  • You have exemplary communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face.
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • You have previous working experience in administration environments.
  • You are able to organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of Kerridge, preferable
