We are recruiting for qualified HGV Technicians to join our main dealerships across the country.

You will be carrying out servicing and repairs to Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles, to a high standard of quality and productivity. You will be working within a team of like-minded individuals and preparing quality paperwork

You will have a minimum qualification of City and Guilds level 3 certificate in commercial vehicles or equivalent. Mercedes-Benz training and experience, and a Class 1 licence, would be an advantage but we would consider your application if you have worked in a similar main dealer HGV environment. You will have a “fix first time” attitude together with excellent communication skills.

Essential skills and experience needed for the role:

  • Level 3 qualification; level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
  • Ability to work within guidelines given and to strict deadlines
  • Be able to actively seek solutions to problems
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • HGV licence is an advantage

Rygor has a dedicated haulage contract and is looking for a fully qualified Class One (C+E) and CPC to fulfil contractual obligations. This role is driving a draw-bar vehicle on UK deliveries only and will include nights out. (approx. 3 per week).
This is a permanent role, working hours are in line with driving hours legislation.

Essential skills, experience and competencies needed for the role:

  • Class One (C+E)
  • Driver CPC
  • Communications skills – speak, read and understand English to a satisfactory level
  • Be self-motivated
  • Previous experience in haulage positions is desired

Key Purpose of the Role:
Your main role will be to administer all agreed retail, warranty and R&M claims ensuring that all the necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty and R&M procedures.

Essential skills, experience and competencies needed for the role:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a similar role
  • Must have previous experience with dealer management systems / Kerridge
  • Excellent working knowledge of warranty processes and procedures

You’ll be the first point of contact with walk-in and telephone enquiries. This role will require you to be able to think quickly, act appropriately and constantly multitasking.

You will be independently managing and developing a customer-oriented and profitable department. This includes delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department, as well as planning, controlling and monitoring processes for the department and customer services area.
