Rygor are recruiting for a confident and resilient Van Sales Executive to represent one of the world’s most prestigious motor brands; Mercedes-Benz.

What you’ll be doing
On a day to day basis you will be required to work on-site and out on the road to gain and maintain customer relationships. A big part of this role is to build relationships with new customers and be able to observe a gap in someone’s company for our product.

Skills, experiences and qualities for the role
We are looking for someone with a sales background who is eager to hit the ground running and smash their targets!
For this role you need to be assertive, proactive and an ambitious individual. This role would be perfect for someone working in telesales or customer service and looking to progress their career.

  • Confident telephone skills
  • Strong customer relationship building
  • Be able to maintain customer relationships

Applications are now being accepted for cohort 10 of The Mercedes-Benz Van Talent Programme.

Working locally, within their franchised dealer network, you will be given the opportunity to develop the skills and qualities required to succeed as a sales executive in an innovative and ambitious global organisation.

As part of the 18-month training programme you will undertake structured shadowing secondments and formal training which are complimented by workplace observations, all supported by a dedicated field mentor. Successful completion of the programme will see you obtain a Mercedes-Benz Vans C-Sales accreditation and a diploma from the Institute of Sales Management.

During selection we look for a diverse skill set. Experience, drive and enthusiasm impress us just as much as academic achievement. Excellent communication skills are an advantage and a confident, determined approach is a must. You will also need initiative as standard, along with fantastic customer service skills.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential as successful applicants will be part of the most comprehensive training programme in the industry.
