Role: Area Business Development Manager
Branch: Reading
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-6pm / every other Saturday 8am – 4pm

Rygor are recruiting for a confident and resilient Area Business Development Manager to represent

What you’ll be doing
The remit of this role will be to get out into a pre-assigned territory to look for new business with the purpose of driving sales. Your main role is to build relationships with new customers and be able to observe a gap in someone’s company for our product. You will be building and maintaining relationships with your customers.

Skills, experiences and qualities for the role

As part of continued growth driven by success, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven, professional, with a background in B2B or automotive sales. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to selling to SME’s and Corporate clients face to face and be looking to test themselves in a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding industry sector.

For this role you need to be assertive, proactive and an ambitious individual along with;

  • Experience in prospecting, pitching and presenting a product or solution to SME’s and Corporates
  • Methodical and structured and able to manage sales activities across a territory
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Be able to maintain customer relationships
  • Confident with cold calls both on the phone and in person
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Go-getter attitude
  • Thrives in a target-based role
  • Eager to learn about the industry
