Location: Oxford

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm
Saturday on a rota basis 7am – 12:30pm

Rygor are recruiting for an experienced and professional Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts department at the dealership in Oxford.

What you will be doing

As the Parts Advisor, you will be expected to receive and process parts orders. You need to ensure that orders are accurately picked and despatched and provide advice on any items as required. You will be communicating with customers both online and on the phone whilst ensuring excellent customer service is always kept to a Mercedes-Benz standard.

Essential skills and experience needed for the role

To be successful, you will need to have had precious Parts Advisory experience. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to always provide excellent customer service.

  • Previous Parts Advisor experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Communication skills both on the phone and in person
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Active listening & questioning
  • Kerridge knowledge is desired but not essential
