Rygor can deliver a Small Fleet Service plan for your business: ServiceCare Flex. This will spread the cost of servicing whilst delivering the responsive, extended or 24 hour service your fleet needs to keep your business moving.

The plan enables you to fix and reduce Citan, Vito and Sprinter servicing costs and keep your vans every bit Mercedes-Benz by buying in bulk and spreading the cost of up to 100 services over 12 months*.

To arrange a plan please contact Rygor and we’ll customise it for your business. Once your plan begins, we will keep you informed and help you with each booking. If you’d prefer not to sign up to a plan, our Pay as you go servicing offers the same high quality servicing and repairs for individual workshop visits.

Every service automatically renews your free Europe-wide breakdown cover & roadside assistance – MobiloVan, if your van is outside its 3-year warranty for another year. This means you save on getting third party cover, simply by getting your van serviced with an authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans Dealer.

We also give you a 2 year guarantee on all parts and labour – reflecting our confidence in the quality of our services.

How do I decide if this is the right plan for me?

ServiceCare Flex is designed to offer small fleets all the benefits of Dealer servicing at competitive fixed costs, for up to 100 services within 12 months*. Extended workshop opening means that our Dealers can support the busiest businesses and minimise downtime. Having the same Dealer contact and consistent technical support for all of your vans keep your admin simple and your vehicles in the best possible shape.

What vans are included?

Most of our new and used vans, except our electric range, are eligible for our ServiceCare Flex Plan.  Vito models older than 2003 and Sprinter models older than 2006 may not be eligible. Contact us for more information if you do have older vans in your fleet.

How do I book a service, MOT or repairs if I’m on the plan?

Rygor will take care of everything and can help you manage your services by planning in advance over the 12 month period.

Are electric vehicles applicable as part of the plan?

Sorry, not yet, although Mercedes-Benz are reviewing this.

How does my free breakdown cover and roadside assistance get renewed?

Every time your Mercedes-Benz van is serviced with Rygor, your MobiloVan is automatically renewed for 12 months – up to 30 years**. It’s one of the added value benefits of Dealer servicing. You don’t need to have a full Dealer history – if you have a used van, or you’ve missed a service, you can re-qualify for MobiloVan cover for one year at any time simply by using Rygor for your next service.

Can I cancel the plan at any time?

If you change your mind about purchasing your ServiceCare Maintenance Plan, you are able to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days of receiving your contract. After this, you can cancel the plan at any time, subject to a £40 administration fee. If you decide to terminate your ServiceCare Maintenance Plan after you have taken one or more services, a cost vs revenue calculation will be made and there may be an outstanding balance for you to pay if the value of the services you have received is greater than the money you have paid into the Plan at the time of closure. We cross-check your data with the DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications can be made. We track data around email interaction to understand whether communications have reached you e.g. MOT reminders. We check driver and vehicle profiles including drive time, vehicle age and type of work due to help prioritise customer contact.

We combine data from various sources into one place, to deliver a more personalised experience to you. We take steps to ensure that any businesses that we work with have security protocols and policies in place to manage and record your data privacy and preferences correctly and that your data is stored securely. The security of your data is paramount. Documentation can be supplied on request from our Data Protection Officer.
