ServiceCare Maintenance Plan

Our individual service plan - ServiceCare Maintenance enables you to spread the cost of up to 6 services without entering into a credit agreement. It's a cost-effective way to maintain your cashflow while ensuring your van's high standards are upheld by our expert technicians.

A plan starts from £12.50 a month for an eSprinter and £25 a month for new Sprinter, Vito and Citan vans.

This plan works out cheaper than booking services individually. Flexible payment options are available, with a choice of monthly Direct Debits or one upfront lump sum. What's more, costs are fixed at today's rate - protecting your business against increases in labour rates, parts, prices and inflation for the duration of the plan.

Europe-wide breakdown cover & roadside assistance

Every service automatically renews your free Europe-wide breakdown cover & roadside assistance – MobiloVan, if your van is outside its 3-year warranty for another year. This means you save on getting third party cover, simply by getting your van serviced with an authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans Dealer.

We also give you a 2 year guarantee on all parts and labour – reflecting our confidence in the quality of our services.

How do I decide if this is the right plan for me?

Our ServiceCare Maintenance Plan is ideal if you’d like to plan ahead and organise a series of services for a competitive cost that will be fixed for the duration of the plan. This gives you confidence that the prices won’t change and your cashflow can be maintained. The plan includes up to 6 services and allows you to arrange an impromptu, immediate service if you need one. Our other options include Pay as you go servicing and repairs, our comprehensive ServiceCare Complete Plan and our small fleet option, ServiceCare Flex.

What vans are included?

All of our new vans are eligible for our ServiceCare Maintenance Plan. All used Vito models from 2003 onwards and all Sprinter models from 2006 onwards are eligible for the plan as well. Any older models are unfortunately not eligible.

How does this plan compare cost wise with Pay as you go?

Currently a ServiceCare Maintenance Plan works out £101 less on average compared to the cost of 6 Pay as you go services for a new Sprinter Panel Van. 


What if I don’t have my details?

No problem, simply contact us and we’ll take care of everything.

How do I book a service, MOT or repairs if I’m on the plan?

Again, we will help with bookings.

Are electric vehicles applicable as part of the plan?

Yes, please speak to us about your specific needs.

How does my free breakdown cover and roadside assistance get renewed?

Every time your Mercedes-Benz van is serviced with Rygor Auto, your MobiloVan is automatically renewed for 12 months – up to 30 years**. It’s one of the added value benefits of Dealer servicing. You don’t need to have a full Dealer history – if you have a used van, or you’ve missed a service, you can re-qualify for MobiloVan cover for one year at any time simply by using Rygor Auto for your next service.

Can I cancel the plan at any time?

If you change your mind about purchasing your ServiceCare Maintenance Plan, you are able to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days of receiving your contract. After this, you can cancel the plan at any time, subject to a £40 administration fee. If you decide to terminate your ServiceCare Maintenance Plan after you have taken one or more services, a cost vs revenue calculation will be made and there may be an outstanding balance for you to pay if the value of the services you have received is greater than the money you have paid into the Plan at the time of closure. We take steps to ensure that any businesses that we work with have security protocols and policies in place to manage and record your data privacy and preferences correctly and that your data is stored securely.
