Rygor Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation™ 2025, following rigorous employee feedback and independent analysis by Great Place to Work®.
The Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation list is created using the anonymous feedback from employees about their workplace experience. This prestigious accolade highlights Rygor Group’s ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and empowered. The recognition reflects the business’ people-first approach, investment in employee development, and focus on attracting and retaining exceptional talent. This has included the launch of the company’s Career Hub which is a free online resource for anyone looking for help on applying and interviewing for jobs, a self-development journal, created to help staff focus on their own learning journeys and the second year of the company’s internal future leader programme.
Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based employees in the manufacturing, production and transportation sector to determine the Best Workplaces™ list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
Kate Ruberry-Shoemack, director of people and communications at Rygor Group, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be recognised in the UK’s Best Workplaces rankings. This achievement is testament to the hard work of our teams and our dedication to building a culture where our people can thrive. Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do, and their passion drives our success.”
Benedict Gautrey, managing director of Great Place To Work® UK said: “In industries like manufacturing and engineering – where teams are often spread across multiple sites – maintaining a consistent, connected employee experience can be challenging. Our data shows that the top-performing organisations in this sector rise to that challenge by fostering strong communication, inclusive leadership, and a shared culture that reaches every corner of the organisation. No matter where their people work, they feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger.
Congratulations to Rygor Group on creating a truly great workplace and earning recognition as a UK’s Best Workplace in Manufacturing, Engineering & Transportation™.”
This accolade follows on from Rygor Group’s finalist status for the upcoming 2025 Motor Trader Industry Awards in no less than four categories: Dealer Group of the Year, Employer of the Year, New Dealership of the Year (franchised) and Skills & Development award – demonstrating the Group’s ongoing commitment to being a Best Workplace for its team.
