Rygor Appoints Rajesh Sharma as its New Non-Executive Board Member

Award-winning multi-franchised Dealer Group, Rygor Commercials has announced that international tax specialist and former chairman of the International Tax Committee of Nexia International, Rajesh Sharma, has joined the Rygor Board, as a non-executive director.

Rajesh brings with him a wealth of experience in international tax law and accountancy, having previously worked in the international tax practices of both Deloitte and Grant Thornton, and additionally as a partner in the international tax team at Evelyn Partners (formally Smith & Williamson) a leading firm of accountants and wealth managers in the UK.

After retiring from Evelyn Partners in March 2021, having dedicated an impressive 21 years to the company, Rajesh established a small tax boutique, advising small and medium sized enterprises on corporate transactions, demergers, and reorganisations in the UK and internationally, real estate and development of commercial properties.
