Rygor opens flagship branch in Gloucester

Monday 5th September 2016

Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer group, Rygor, is delighted to announce that its purpose-built, flagship branch in Gloucester will be open, as of Monday 5th September.
Director responsible at the new branch, Julie Steed, said:

“It has been fantastic to see this spectacular building take shape over the past 46 weeks and we are thrilled to be able to open our doors this week to both new and existing customers throughout Gloucestershire. This branch has been built to exacting specifications and will truly Set Standards for our customers and our team alike.”

The Dealership, which was designed by CP Maybin Architectural Design and built by Rigg Construction is industry-leading and sets the benchmark in the Commercial Vehicle sector.
Tim Stacey, Rygor managing director, said: “It has truly been a team effort to get us to this point. Everyone working on site has been fantastic and we would like to thank all our suppliers and partners on this project, including Rigg Construction and CP Maybin Architectural Design for their dedication to our Gloucester branch and determination to make it a truly exceptional dealership.”
Richard Graham, MP for Gloucester, said: “I’m delighted that Rygor’s striking new building is now up and running and that quality commercial vehicles will be sold and maintained from the Railway Triangle.” Mrs Steed added:

“The opening of this branch illustrates a significant investment in our network and the team and I are looking forward to welcoming guests to our official open day on Saturday 17th September to mark the launch of Rygor Gloucester.”

Rygor’s open day will be held between 9am-4pm at the new dealership located on the Triangle Development, off Metz Way. Guests will be able to enjoy a hog roast and refreshments, a raffle in aid of local charity, James Hopkins Trust and BANES-based Dorothy House Hospice Care and Bath Cats & Dogs home, to win an AMG driving experience at Mercedes-Benz World, as well as a colouring competition for the kids too. The Rygor team will be on hand and there will also be the entire range of Mercedes-Benz vans available to test drive in addition to a fleet of Mercedes-Benz demonstration trucks to view. The team at Rygor is also delighted to be able to have some exciting customer vans and trucks on display, showcasing the breadth of the company’s offering.
