Rygor Nuneaton Goes Live with S24hr
Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle Dealer Group, Rygor Commercials, is delighted to announce that its Nuneaton branch has officially commenced its 24-hour roadside assistance provision, S24hr.
“A breakdown is never ideal, but from time to time these things happen and for a customer, knowing that our team is just a phone call away, day or night is a real comfort,” said Rygor Nuneaton service manager, Gavin Smith. “Becoming a Mercedes-Benz S24hr provider is a proud moment for me and the team at site, as it is something we have worked towards for a while. It is another way we can provide exceptional service levels, not only to our Rygor Nuneaton customers, but Mercedes-Benz customers who find themselves in difficulty in the nearby area.”
After launching its S24hr offering officially on April 1, the site’s first call-out was to a help get a supermarket delivery van back on the road, supplying groceries and necessities to its customers.
“It is our target to attend breakdowns within 60 minutes of the call coming through to us, because we know the importance of vehicle uptime, especially for businesses and critical workers at this time. We got out to this customer in approximately 30 minutes, to help get them back on the road as soon as possible.”
