AWBS Choose the Best of the Best to Care for their Vans

When Building and landscape materials supplier, Adrian White Building Supplies (AWBS) took delivery of three new Vito vans this year from the Oxford branch of Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer group, Rygor, the business saw fit to ensure that their new vehicles were looked after by the experts.

Wyatt Tait, Operations Manager at AWBS, said: “We have a good relationship with Rygor and have been working with them for 15 – 20 years. They’re well placed for our business and we receive such a good service level from the team there.

“We carried out a great deal of research when we were looking to purchase our new vans and the build quality of the Mercedes-Benz Vito really stood out. With an investment in such a prestigious vehicle, we wanted to ensure that our vans would be looked after by who we believe are the best of the best.

“We opted for Mercedes-Benz Service Care as we know our vans will be maintained by trained and dedicated Mercedes-Benz technicians. Although the Vito has a generous service interval, as with most vehicles, we knew that at some point in the future we would have to get our vehicles serviced. Therefore, Service Care was a no-brainer as it simply saves us money. We can manage our cash flow with monthly payments and it also protects us from any servicing and labour price increases for the duration of the contract.

“For AWBS, the option to have our vehicles serviced overnight at Rygor is invaluable. It allows us to get our vehicles maintained out of business hours, so they are on the road when we need them. We are delighted with the great relationship we have with the Rygor service team – they understand our business needs and offer us an all-round package – we couldn’t ask for more.” Wyatt added.
