  • You have a minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or mechanical engineering.
  • You have previous working experience in a main dealer or fleet workshop environment.
  • You have previous working experience in a supervisor role.

Your Role

At Rygor, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Workshop Supervisor, who has a passion for Setting the Standard for our customers.

The role will combine productive work with supervisory duties, supporting the existing technicians within the team and liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure an effective and good quality throughput of work.

Day to day your duties will be to ensure:

  • Utilisation and productivity levels are maximised
  • Support is provided to resolve technical issues
  • All measures of compliance are met in line with statutory requirements
  • Work is carried out to a high standard to ensure a first time fix
  • Technical write ups are accurate and correct working instructions are followed
  • All repairs are completed in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines
  • Quality control measures are carried out and improvement plans are implemented
  • Identification of development and coaching requirements
