“Recently we needed a new engine for an agricultural shredder and as we had been using the same dealer for a while, we wanted to see who else and what else was out there. We heard that Rygor had recently opened an After Sales branch in Nuneaton, so we requested a quote for the part.

“We’re talking about a lot of money for a plant engine, so of course we wanted to make certain we had the best deal possible. Most importantly the part came in quickly, so we were able to uphold our own service levels to customers and get them back up and running again.
