Rodney Chapman, said: “When plant and agriculture machinery goes down, every minute it is not performing the task it is designed to do, our customers’ business has to come to a halt. That’s why we are committed to getting our customers’ vehicles back on the road ASAP, but to do this we have to have excellent relationships with parts suppliers.

“Recently we needed a new engine for an agricultural shredder and as we had been using the same dealer for a while, we wanted to see who else and what else was out there. We heard that Rygor had recently opened an After Sales branch in Nuneaton, so we requested a quote for the part.

“The immediate difference between Rygor and other companies we have previously dealt with, was the fact that the team took the time to get in touch with me to find out more about our specific requirements before they quoted. This demonstrated their commitment to and understanding of the importance of their customers’ business needs.

“We’re talking about a lot of money for a plant engine, so of course we wanted to make certain we had the best deal possible. Rygor was cost effective, but the team there were also great people and good communicators, so we didn’t hesitate to place our order with Rygor. Most importantly the part came in quickly, so we were able to uphold our own service levels to customers and get them back up and running again.

“For future parts needs, we will definitely get in touch with Rygor again,” Rodney added.
