Technician Customer Survery

At Rygor we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and to make sure we continue to do this we have implemented a customer feedback survey for customers who have had work carried out on their vehicle by a Rygor technician.

You may find these survey cards left in your vehicle, handed to you at the service desk, or you can click here to take part online.

Whatever way you choose to do it, we want to hear your genuine feedback. And, as a thank you, at the end of each month, we hold a prize draw, where one lucky customer wins a £100 Mercedes-Benz accessories voucher to spent at a Rygor branch.
