Rygor Newbury Awarded Best After Sales Branch at MB Awards

The team at Rygor was celebrating last weekend following a successful evening at the Mercedes-Benz Van Academy awards, held 16th January at Celtic Manor, Wales.

The awards seek to recognise the top performing Sales and After Sales team members across the Mercedes-Benz network. The ceremony saw the Rygor name come up again and again, with many of our sales team members achieving top sales awards, as well as an extra special accolade for the After Sales team.

This year’s awards had surprises in store for Rygor, with the inclusion of the first customer award ever to have been presented at this prestigious, annual event. Rygor customer, DPD, attended the ceremony to name Rygor Newbury as ‘Best After Sales Branch, 2014’, a huge accolade for the company.

Paul Reed, Dealer principal, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised by DPD as their Dealer of the Year. Delivering the highest level of service is central to Rygor’s continuous drive to set standards in the commercial vehicle area. Rygor’s zero tolerance on downtime policy is key to our ability to deliver exceptional customer service and it is a very proud moment for myself, the Newbury After Sales team and the entire company to be recognised by one of our customers, in this way.”
