Rygor Invests in the Future of its Skilled Technical Team

Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer group, Rygor, has announced that it will be continuing to significantly invest in its team of technicians over the coming year.

The company will be putting its workshop technicians, at every one of its 20 plus branches, through the IRTEC Licensing Scheme, which is part of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers.

An IRTEC licence certifies the skills and safety of technicians and mechanics working in road transport. This accreditation enhances the skill-set of those who undergo the training and indicates an ability of the highest calibre.

Paul Reed, owner/director at Rygor, said: “It is our commitment to our team that we will invest in their expertise, so they have the knowledge and competence to carry out their roles to the highest level. We believe that building and developing, confident team members is of the highest importance as it allows them to further their career and ultimately enjoy their job.

“This training will not only help enhance our team members, but will also benefit customers as they can be sure that highly trained individuals are working on their vehicles,” Mr Reed added.
