The Gloucester branch of Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer group, Rygor, is delighted to announce its support of local youth football club, the Churchdown Panthers.

The Triangle Park-based dealership, which opened its doors back in September 2016, has recently supplied one of the club’s U12 teams with a brand-new, recognisable tangerine and black kit, which they will be sporting for the next few seasons.

Julie Steed, director responsible at Rygor Gloucester, said: “We place a great importance on giving back to our local community here at Rygor, so I am delighted that we have been able to help support one of the Churchdown Panthers teams. Sport, especially at grassroots level, brings people together and helps build and enforce core principles of respect, teamwork and pride; values which are very much at the heart of Rygor, where our ethos is to Set Standards. I look forward to seeing the team continue to succeed in the league, next season.”

Stewart Dove, Manager of Churchdown Panthers Albion (U12’s), Said: “The Club and the team are very grateful for this support from Rygor. The boys in the team have been very excited to receive their new kit and we are all hoping that their playing performances on the pitch will be as smart as the kits they are now wearing. We hope that this partnership will continue for many seasons to come.”
