Rygor expands dedicated aftersales business support team

Local Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer group, Rygor, has enhanced its service offering through the expansion of its aftersales business support team.

In a continued and conscious effort to provide customers with a service level which sets standards, Rygor has bolstered is aftersales department with a dedicated group of four parts and service experts, led by Rygor key accounts manager, Andy Passco.

The team, made up of John Harvey, Lynne Watkins, Lynette Dickinson and Richard Conibear, covers the entirety of the Dealer group’s network from Warwickshire, across to West London, through Berkshire and Oxfordshire, and right down to Somerset, offering a personal and bespoke aftersales provision, to keep customers’ businesses on the move.

Lynette said: “With nearly 40 years’ experience in the industry, it’s safe to say I am passionate about aftersales and I make it my mission to help keep our customers’ fleets on the road.”

John added: “We work closely with our customers as an extension of their in-house team, so they can trust in our knowledge and expertise to provide them with aftersales options which best suit their business needs, leaving them free to concentrate on what they do best: running their business.”

Andy said: “We understand that the demands of running a business are high, which is why at Rygor we have expanded our dedicated aftersales business support team, to relieve some of the pressures of running a fleet. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers, getting out to their company premises, so we can truly add value.”
