Rygor Achieves Mercedes-Benz C-Management Certification
In alignment with Rygor’s continued drive to set standards in the commercial vehicle sector, four of the company’s team members recently achieved the Mercedes-Benz C-Management Certification, a qualification introduced to ensure consistently high level of service and sales, across Europe.
Group Truck Manager, Jeremy Price, Fleet Sales Manager, Bill Kingsmill, Reading Service Manager, Adrian Neale and Westbury Van Sales Manager, Tim Page were all awarded the Mercedes-Benz qualification after an intense training process which took place over the past couple of years. After an initial assessment of each trainee’s skills and attributes, the process sought to highlight areas for development and guide each individual candidate through a personalised training programme to develop their skill sets.
Tim Page said: “This certificate demonstrates that the team at Rygor provides an outstanding level of professional service, tailored to each customer’s needs. I work closely with my sales team to ensure that we offer our customers the high standard of service which they have come to expect from the Mercedes-Benz brand, with the added benefit of our team’s local and industry knowledge.”

The certification strives to develop us as leaders, to inspire our teams to be proud of what they do and what they can offer our customers.”
Bill Kingsmill said: “When it comes to our fleet customers, we understand that the relationships we build help them make their business run smoothly. The fleet team here at Rygor takes the time to work with our customers to understand their business, enabling us to provide vehicle and after sales options to add true value to their company. I am thrilled to have gained this certification. The process has developed my leadership skills, allowing me to pass my learnings on to my team, to benefit our customers.”
Adrian Neale said: “It is essential as a company, we not only offer service levels which are consistent across the Mercedes-Benz brand, but across all our own branches and departments. Therefore it is paramount that I lead and manage my team in the most effective way, so their expertise benefits our customers, which this qualification has enabled me to develop.”
