Mercedes-Benz Vito is a Quality Build for AWBS
Building and landscape materials supplier, Adrian White Building Supplies (AWBS) has just taken delivery of three new Vito 114 long vans, from the Oxford branch of Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer group, Rygor.
AWBS was established in 1988 and is one of the largest suppliers of building and landscaping products in the Swindon and Oxford areas. The company now proudly boasts three branches with extensive showrooms, its own aggregate bagging facility, a dedicated landscape installation service and a 50-strong team of highly experienced and knowledgeable people.
Wyatt Tait, Operations Manager at AWBS, said: “We have a good relationship with Rygor and have been working with them for 15 – 20 years. They’re well placed for our business and we receive such a good service level from the team there.
“We did a great deal of research when we were considering the purchase of our new vans. Mercedes-Benz were not the cheapest, but it’s the build quality which stands out. Our business of building and landscape suppliers means we do some off-site work, so the vehicles need to be hard wearing. What’s more, we found the resale value on Mercedes-Benz vans to be one of the best around when we did our research, and the fuel consumption is fantastic. These three Vito vans really tick all the boxes for us.
“We also really like the overnight servicing available at Rygor, enabling us to get our vehicles maintained out of business hours. We have a positive relationship with the service department – they offer us an all-round package, so we are very happy with them.
“The team at Rygor is great. They kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Whenever we have asked for information, they have been quick to get back to us with what we need. They have a really good rapport with AWBS and it’s been a smooth process from start to finish,” Wyatt added.
Paul Naylor, Van Business Development Manager at Rygor, said: “We are delighted that AWBS is so happy with their new vans. The Vito is a fantastically versatile vehicle, which will no doubt become a reliable workhorse for the team at AWBS.”
