Mercedes-Benz truck and van customers in the Midlands area will soon be able to take advantage of Rygor, the UK’s largest Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer group’s, refurbished Kidderminster branch, as impressive renovation works start this month.

The refurbishment will see the creation of a dedicated customer after sales reception area, improved customer parking and a brand new internal van sales showroom, showcasing the Citan, Sprinter and all new Vito, and is due to be completed Christmas 2015. The branch will remain open to continue to serve both sales and after sales customers throughout the renovation period.

The project has been lead internally by Rygor’s Kidderminster team, including group parts manager, Chris Marsh, Kidderminster service manager, Andrew Pritchard and Kidderminster sales manager, John Richards as well as operations manager, Jim Pascoe.

Chris Marsh said: “Our Kidderminster branch is perfectly located to serve both new and existing customers in the Midlands area and is conveniently located off the M5. The refurbishment of the branch will offer customers an enhanced experience from both a sales and after sales perspective and I greatly look forward to seeing the progress of works over the next few months.”

G Molloy & Son Ltd. Building Contractors has been working with Rygor on the company’s building and expansion projects over the last year and will be handling the Kidderminster refurbishment project. Gez Molloy, company owner, said: “This is a fantastic project to be working on and allows myself and my team to utilise not only our extensive building expertise, but knowledge of Rygor and its business needs too.”

Tim Stacey, managing director at Rygor said: “It is an exciting time here at Rygor as we continue to invest in the expertise of our team and the quality of our branches. We are progressing a major programme of investments in our network, with the refurbishment of our Kidderminster branch leading the way. This autumn we will also be breaking ground on the site of, what will be, a purpose-built, ‘flagship’ dealership in Gloucester, enhancing our existing offering to new and existing customers throughout the county.”
