We take our responsibility to protect our colleagues and customers seriously, consequently in the light of circumstances the majority of our team members will not be based at our branches. We want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to continue our commitment to keeping your business moving through this very challenging time and fluid landscape.
We are sure that you understand that we will be prioritising the maintenance of emergency service vehicles and delivery vehicles of essential products in the first instance, but will do everything we can to continue to deliver the highest possible levels of service to all of our customers during this time.
We understand the current situation is challenging and some people are having difficulty getting to and from work. We are responding to updates from the government and the DVSA regarding vehicle MOTs and want to ensure all key workers are kept mobile and able to safely reach their place of work during this difficult time. We are therefore carrying out car MOTs for critical workers at the below Rygor sites:
Many of these sites are also operating extended opening hours so this can be carried out at your convenience and not affect your work schedule.
We are also running a series of measures based on the latest advice and information issued by the UK Government, the World Health Organisation (WHO) and other institutions to help maintain our business continuity and the continued availability of service to you. This will include contactless van sales, easy online service bookings and virtual vehicle demonstrations, where possible.
In light of the current climate we have temporarily closed our in-branch sales operations with immediate effect, until further notice. However, our Aftersales departments are still fully operational and available to support you and your business. For Sales Enquiries, please contact using the reliant email or telephone information below:
These are unprecedented events and we anticipate that many of our customers will contact us at this time, so we ask that you please bear with us. We really appreciate your continued custom and support at what is a challenging time for everyone, and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If your business has been financially affected by COVID-19 and you wish to discuss the options regarding your existing Mercedes-Benz Financial Services finance contract, please see below:
If your finance agreement is with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, they have advised that they will work directly with customers who find themselves in financial difficulty due to the current situation.
This will be on a case by case basis, so we advise that you email them directly at email@example.com with the subject line ‘Covid 19’, details of your circumstance and vehicle registration(s) in the body of the text.
Unfortunately, any finance contracts are between yourself and the finance provider, so Rygor are unable to confirm any decisions on their behalf.
