Our Van and Truck Sales Executives can assist with arranging unaccompanied test drives and contactless sales in-branch, over the phone, email, website via our online assistant. We will be ensuring all our stock (new and used) is regularly updated online and we will have online assistants available to support you and have already implemented an online payment facility for reserving vans without the need to come to a showroom.
Whether supporting you in-branch or remotely, we can support businesses to help find or build the right van for you. Once you’re happy with your choice and your order is placed, we’ll arrange a convenient delivery slot to your home or place of work.
All of our workshops remain open and are functioning as normally as possible. We are able to keep technicians and front of house staff separated, working as socially distanced as possible.
Contactless vehicle drop-off is in place for all pre-booked service appointments with all contact areas cleaned before customer collection. Where possible, we kindly ask customers to wait for vehicles off-site or away from service staff, please wear a face mask when coming on to site and remember to wash hands regularly. Staff will clean down work areas after each customer has left the premises.
Throughout the pandemic we have had capacity to accommodate all customers’ needs at the right time however, we are of course prioritising emergency vehicles, home delivery vehicles and other key workers.
We are still able to provide a 24-hour, 365 day roadside assistance service and our 24hr technicians are wearing clean gloves and face masks for every job, maintaining a 2m distance from drivers and wiping down the key touch points of the vehicle before customers get on their way.
Our parts department remains open with new Perspex screens at the front desk and social distancing markers in place. We have a wide availability of stock across our sites and are delivering Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts across the country offering an efficient service straight to homes or businesses to ensure key workers can get back on the road as quickly as possible.
