Receptionist

Your Role

At Rygor Group’s site in Gloucester, we are looking for a highly organised and experienced individual to join our award-winning company as a Star Assistant (receptionist), to support our team across the site with core receptionist duties, as well as some team assistance duties. This role is Monday-Friday and ideally, we would like our new team member to be on site from 08:00 until at least 15:00, but please talk to us if you are looking for slightly different hours.

Job responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming phone enquiries.
  • Direct all enquiries to the appropriate department and provide a ‘warm transfer’ so the team member is advised of the caller and their enquiry before speaking with them.
  • Uphold mystery shop standards.
  • Welcome customers and visitors to the site.
  • Organise any hospitality for the team on site, for company meetings.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the showroom and customer-facing areas across the whole site are tidy and up to date in terms of signage and marketing materials.
  • Act as a key contact on site, for other sites and departments.
  • Work with utilities providers
  • Respond to customer enquires as requested by the sales team on site.
  • Work with the People department and Marketing department, to ensure correct information and materials are disseminated across the site.
  • Ensuring all H&S processes are in place across all non-workshop areas of the site and work with our external consultants as required.
  • Assist other departments as required and requested.
